Job Summary The Bayberry Group, The Homestead are seeking a superb and energetic team member(s) to join our Buildings and Grounds Department.

The successful candidate will be:

honest, reliable, have a passion for working in a team environment and striving for excellence everyday. This individual will assist with seasonal repairs and maintenance throughout our property. The Homestead is a year-round resort in Glen Arbor, MI. We offer skiing, golf, spa, salon, fitness center, pools, roughly a mile of frontage of Sleeping Bear Bay, meetings, real estate brokerage, weddings, and onsite dining/catering. Requirements

• A valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively to solve problems and complete tasks.
• Experience in landscaping, horticulture, equipment operation and maintenance and/or construction preferred, but not required.
