• Unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to drive truck and trailers
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work in inclement weather conditions when required
• Ability to perform labor intensive tasks
• Ability to work 8-10 hour days, some evenings and overtime
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to train and manage up to 4 employees
• Commercial lawn care maintenance or landscaping experience (2 years)
• Experience operating lawn care/landscaping equipment and operator level maintenance
• Willingness to learn new skills Preferred Skills/Experience
• Experience with lawn mowing and landscape maintenance tools and equipment
• Experience with maintaining lawns and landscapes
• Experience managing other employees on a daily basis
• MDOT physical card
• Commercial snow removal experience Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure all work meets A+'s quality standards
• Operate lawn care equipment
• Ensure work trucks and equipment stay clean and organized
• Perform operator level maintenance on equipment used
• Comply with all policies and safety protocols
• Train and mentor employees under your supervision
• Inspect quality of work performed by others
