The ideal candidate will be able to execute the assigned work or tasks by performing the following duties: Responsibilities Perform tree trimming, pruning, and removal Operate and maintain a variety of tools and machinery including pruning saws, chainsaws, and chippers Communicate effectively with other team members and management to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently Work from the ground using handsaws and pole saws Basic Chainsaw Basic Climbing Basic Aerial Lift Operation CPR/First Aid Certificate holder Keep work area clean and orderly Perform related work as assigned Job Requirements Experience in landscaping and/or tree trimming and pruning a plus Ability to operate a variety of equipment and machinery Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment Valid drivers license and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Willingness to work in challenging weather conditions CDL or ability to obtain one in the future STRONG, responsible, reliable, hardworking team player Additional experiences of benefit, including but not limited to: Certified Arborist Commercial Pesticide Applicator License CDL A License Applicants with a background in landscape maintenance and lawn care are encouraged to apply. We are willing to train the right person and assist with the cost of CDL licensure.
