Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lawn Care and Snow Plow Crew Leader to join our team. As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for mowing lawns and clearing snow at our properties during the summer and winter season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundskeeping and maintenance, with a focus on lawn care. If you have experience with lawn care and landscape maintenance, this could be the perfect opportunity to expand your skills and take on new challenges.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Run a 2-3 man crew for lawn care
  • Operate snow plows and other equipment to clear snow from parking lots, sidewalks, and roads.
  • Maintain and repair snow plows and other equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all snow removal areas are clear and safe for pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
  • Work closely with other maintenance team members to ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Keep accurate records of all snow removal activities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in snow removal and groundskeeping.
  • Experience with lawn care and landscape maintenance.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as snow plows and backhoes.
  • Knowledge of snow removal best practices and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise other maintenance team members.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in cold weather conditions.
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure all areas are clear and safe.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing weather conditions and maintenance needs.
Pay:
$20.00
  • $25.
00 per hour
