Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care. Assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure timely completion of all outdoor work activities. Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and landscaping tools. Safety protocols to promote a productive and safe work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or groundskeeping. Prior supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings. Skilled in operating landscaping equipment and grounds maintenance tools safely. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles required; familiarity with construction projects preferred. Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions is essential; physical stamina for manual labor is necessary.
