Our Maintenance Team performs routine and preventative maintenance. They are responsible for cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets, and equipment. Our staff provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents at all times.JOB DUTIES
Present the community as inviting, and adhere to Company curb appeal standards at all times. Keep common lawn manicured. Regularly treat for weeds, string trim and perform other lawn care services as necessary. Daily trash/debris pick up daily from common areas and streets. Complete minor repairs to rental homes as needed which includes painting Follow safety procedures while performing duties. Other duties and special projects as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must have an excellent work ethic, you must be reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions. High school diploma or GED Demonstrated knowledge of general maintenance techniques Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work Valid driver's license and good driving record General knowledge of grounds maintenance Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment. Ability to be very active- walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
