Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mowing Technician to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and health of landscaped areas through precise mowing, trimming, and grounds care. Your expertise will ensure that outdoor spaces are safe, attractive, and well-kept, contributing to the overall aesthetic and safety of the property. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently Mow lawns to specified heights, ensuring even cuts and healthy turf growth Trim edges around sidewalks, flower beds, trees, and other landscape features using hand tools and power equipment Follow safety protocols at all times during equipment operation and outdoor work activities Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and debris removal to enhance property appearance Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and power tools required Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, edging, pruning, and plant identification Knowledge of irrigation systems and pesticide management is a plus Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery safely according to safety protocols Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Join us as a Mowing Technician and bring your passion for outdoor work to life!
