Dowco Enterprises is looking for an experienced, dependable professional with a background in snow removal and the landscape industry . This position is ideal for someone who has grit, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to solve problems without waiting for someone else to provide every answer. Snow and landscape work do not always happen under perfect conditions. We need someone who can assess a situation, make good decisions, communicate clearly, and help the team get the job done safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Operate snow removal equipment, including trucks, plows, spreaders, skid steers, and other equipment based on experience Assist with snow and ice management during overnight, early-morning, weekend, and holiday events Monitor properties and respond to changing weather and site conditions Identify and resolve equipment, access, scheduling, and property-related challenges Perform landscape maintenance and other outdoor work during the non-snow season Communicate effectively with managers, crew members, and clients Complete work safely while protecting client properties and company equipment Assist with leading or directing team members when needed What We're Looking For Previous professional snow removal experience Experience in landscaping, irrigation, lawn care, construction, property maintenance, or a related outdoor industry Experience operating trucks and equipment Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment The grit to work through long hours, difficult weather, and changing conditions Dependability—we must be able to count on you when a snow event occurs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in winter conditions Experience as a snow crew leader, equipment operator, landscape foreman, or field supervisor is especially valuable. Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
