Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting, mulching, and soil preparation to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators for various landscaping projects Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain pristine turf conditions Conduct landscape maintenance activities including pruning, tree trimming, shrubbery shaping, and irrigation system checks Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stonework, and installing features such as patios or walkways Engage in snow plowing and snow removal during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and digging Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures when operating equipment or working around plants and structures Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general construction practices is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team members Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation or transportation of materials Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference!
