Job Description

Experienced Property Care & Equipment Operator Big Sky, Montana | $30-$35/hour DOE |
Housing Available Summer:
June-September |
Winter:
December-March 360 Property Care is a locally owned, owner-operated outdoor property care company serving high-end residential properties and communities throughout Big Sky, Montana. We are looking for 2-3 experienced, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable operating equipment and take pride in high-quality work. This is not a typical entry-level landscaping position. You'll work directly alongside the owners, operate professional equipment and care for some of Big Sky's premier properties. Preference will be given to candidates interested in working both summer and winter seasons and returning year after year. Compensation & Benefits $30-$35/hour , depending on experience Employee housing in Big Sky available Full-time seasonal employment Overtime opportunities during peak periods and snow events Extended time off during shoulder seasons Advancement opportunities for exceptional employees Summer | June-September Our summer work combines recurring lawn/property maintenance with landscaping and property-improvement projects.
Responsibilities include:
Commercial mowing, trimming and blowing Lawn and landscape-bed maintenance Spring/fall cleanups Mulch and decorative rock installation Tree and shrub planting/removal Irrigation startup, adjustments and repairs Grading, drainage and dirt work Small landscape and hardscape projects Material hauling and equipment transportation Operating and maintaining company vehicles and equipment Winter | December-March Our winter operation provides professional snow management for private residences, HOAs and private roads throughout Big Sky.
Responsibilities include:
Truck plowing and snow removal Skid-steer, Toolcat and UTV operation Snow blowing, pushing and stacking Back-dragging garages and tight areas Sanding and traction control Hand shoveling and detailed cleanup Snow-bank management Equipment inspection and maintenance Winter employees must be comfortable working early mornings, nights, weekends and during active snowstorms when conditions require it. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates have experience in landscaping, construction, farming/ranching, excavation, property maintenance or snow removal. We're particularly interested in people with: Skid-steer, loader, tractor or similar equipment experience Strong mechanical aptitude Truck, trailer and/or snow-plowing experience Valid driver's license and good driving record Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependability and good judgment Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Professional conduct around clients and their properties You don't need experience in every area.
