Local multi-family property is seeking a candidate to join our team as a Full-Time Property Grounds Keeper. We are looking for exceptional candidates to learn and grow with our company. Essential Functions:

Complete grounds work as directed by Property Manager which include: Trash pick-up in common areas and roadways Sweeping curb areas Ensuring cleanliness of dumpster areas Planting seasonal flowers/mulch Maintaining other property features Mowing Weed Whipping Light maintenance Complete work orders assigned by the

Property Manager Skill Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work alone, be self-motivated, and organized Ability to lift 50 pounds Positive teamwork attitude Willing and eager to learn All staff must adhere to company and industry standards, to include: Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
