Job Description:

General Landscape maintenance with a crew of 3-4 others. Responsibilities and Duties Turf mowing using walk behind or riding mowers Trim, edge, and blow using weed-eaters, blowers and other hand tools Install flowers and other plant materials Apply chemicals and fertilizers to areas as required Trim shrubs, remove weeds, and perform other maintenance tasks to improve/ maintain property appearance Apply mulch and pine needles Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment used in grounds maintenance Maintain a clean and safe working environment following all company safety regulations Environmental Factors Work site conditions may include noise, dust, equipment exhaust, hazardous materials, outdoor weather conditions; may be required to wear protective clothing; substantial travel; position requires strenuous physical work including heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of heavy objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently. Qualifications and Skills 1 Year Landscape experience required Must posses valid ND Drivers License Must be able to read and understand chemical labels and follow application and handling High school diploma or GED preferred Benefits Company uniforms After 90 days
