We provide year-round commercial and residential landscaping services throughout Northeastern North Carolina and Hampton Roads. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Lawn Care Foreman to lead a crew and maintain the high-quality standards our customers expect. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 2-4 person lawn maintenance crew. Perform weekly mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and general property maintenance. Ensure HOA and commercial properties meet company quality standards. Safely operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other landscape equipment. Tow and back trailers safely. Train and mentor crew members. Complete daily job schedules efficiently while maintaining quality. Perform equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Communicate professionally with customers and management. Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of commercial lawn maintenance experience. Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred. Experience maintaining HOA communities and commercial properties. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely tow and maneuver trailers. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be dependable, motivated, and take pride in quality workmanship. Preferred Experience Commercial zero-turn mower operation. HOA landscape maintenance. Trailer towing.
