Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds pristine and healthy. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools safely and efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain outdoor lighting systems. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools for troubleshooting and maintenance. Previous experience in low voltage outdoor lighting is a plus but not necessary. Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping activities outdoors. Skilled in using hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, and power tools with safety awareness. Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation. Excellent attention to detail in landscape upkeep and hardscape installation projects.
