Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This role involves working outdoors to maintain and enhance the beauty of residential and commercial lawns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn care, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team while delivering high-quality results. Duties Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify areas needing care or improvement. Provide snow plowing services during winter months as needed. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Experience Previous experience in lawn care is beneficial but no mandatory. Familiarity with mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment is a plus. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential.
