We take pride in quality work, reliability, and excellent customer service. Position Overview We are looking for dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Technicians to join our team. This position involves mowing, trimming, edging, property cleanups, mulching, and general landscaping services. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver's license Must have previous lawn care or landscaping experience Must have reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be dependable and show up on time Responsibilities Mowing residential and commercial properties Trimming and edging lawns Spring and fall cleanups Mulch installation Weed control and garden bed maintenance Shrub trimming and pruning Property maintenance and general labor tasks Loading and unloading equipment and materials Maintaining a clean and professional appearance on job sites Preferred Qualifications Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Experience with skid steers or mini excavators is a plus Ability to tow a trailer is a plus Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for additional hours and advancement Flexible scheduling Positive team environment

Pay:
