Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, ensuring that properties are visually appealing and well-kept. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to execute landscaping projects and maintain existing landscapes. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, and pathways. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Conduct tree trimming to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Provide lawn care services including mowing and trimming. Seasonal cleanups. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain access to properties. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at the end of each day. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A valid driver's license may be required for driving company vehicles or transporting equipment.
