Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes and ensuring outdoor spaces are safe, functional, and visually appealing. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and dedication to quality will help create inviting environments for clients and communities alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to the enhancement of outdoor spaces through hands-on work with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to cut grass, trim shrubs, and maintain turf health Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, edging, and weeding to keep outdoor areas pristine Use hand tools and machinery like shovels, rakes, and excavators for landscaping projects and site preparation Assist with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal to promote healthy growth and safety Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and accessible Support hardscape projects by installing or repairing features such as firepits, shed bases, and stone driveways. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment and power tools Experience in landscape maintenance and gardening practices Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently Skilled in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks Ability to perform snow plowing/shoveling safely in winter conditions Good physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor environments!
