Support landscape maintenance and lawn care services by offering recommendations and basic assistance. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and retail sales transactions. Handle customer inquiries via phone communication and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain knowledge of e-commerce platforms to support online orders and curbside pickups. Ensure the proper care of plants and outdoor products through regular watering, pruning, and inventory management. Experience Previous outdoor work experience or background in horticulture or gardening is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising, and stock management is advantageous. Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer needs effectively. Strong communication skills in English are essential for engaging with customers and team members. Demonstrated organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and store displays efficiently. Experience with floral design or landscape maintenance will enhance your ability to assist customers confidently.
