This is a working position that requires both driving responsibilities and hands-on labor.

Daily Responsibilities:

Safely operate company trucks and trailers.
Load, unload, and secure landscaping equipment.
Mow residential and commercial properties.
Perform string trimming (weed whacking), edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
Assist with mulching, shrub trimming, spring and fall cleanups, and other landscape maintenance tasks.
Perform routine equipment inspections, fueling, and cleaning.
Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and provide excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete work efficiently.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on position. The driver is expected to work alongside the crew throughout the day and contribute to completing all scheduled landscape maintenance services efficiently and professionally.
