Job Summary We are seeking a greenskeeper to join our team. This is and entry level position where you will learn golf course greenskeeping and landscape maintenance. You will be trained for maintaining pristine outdoor environments by utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to ensure the safety, beauty, and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in greenskeeping, and contribute to a well-maintained and visually appealing environment. Duties Operate ground maintenance equipment including mowers, chainsaws, and power tools Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and pest management to promote healthy growth Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of soil, mulch, plants, and equipment safely using proper technique Use hand tools for detailed gardening work such as edging, trimming, aerating soil, and installing landscape features Qualifications Knowledge of athletic field groundskeeping or golf course landscaping is desirable Familiarity with horticulture principles including lawn care, gardening practices, and landscape design Proficiency with grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers and power trimmers Physical stamina for manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor work Commitment to safety standards including power tool safety protocols and equipment maintenance practices Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces!
