Gardener Hammondsport, NY 14840 From $18 an hour - Seasonal, Full-time From $18 an hour - Seasonal, Full-time We are seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our team for the season. This role is responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure they are safe, well-kept, and visually appealing for all visitors. This is a seasonal position lasting approximately six months.

Responsibilities:

Perform general groundskeeping and landscaping duties Trim shrubs and trees and maintain landscaped areas Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Water and irrigate plants and grass as needed Keep outdoor walkways clear, clean, and safe for visitors Assist with landscape maintenance and improvement projects as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred Knowledge of lawn care techniques and general landscape maintenance Ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment Strong attention to detail to ensure grounds are consistently well-maintained Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions General understanding of landscape maintenance best practices If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply for our Landscaper position.
