Job Description

Part-Time Landscape Production Crew Member Lakeside Landscapes LLC is hiring a part-time Landscape Production Crew Member to help with lawn care, landscaping, cleanups, mulch, and general outdoor work. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outside, can follow directions, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing clean work. You do not need to be an expert, but you do need to be dependable, willing to learn, and able to keep moving throughout the day. This position will work under our Field Supervisor/Crew Leader and help complete daily lawn and landscape jobs throughout the Oswego County area.

Pay:

$17.00 per hour starting

Hours:

20-30 hours per week

Part-time Responsibilities:

Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Help with mulch, weeding, bed cleanup, planting, pruning cleanup, and seasonal cleanups. Load and unload tools, equipment, materials, and debris. Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and jobsites clean and organized. Follow directions from the Field Supervisor/Crew Leader. Work safely around equipment, trailers, and jobsite hazards. Help complete jobs efficiently and professionally. Communicate issues, damage, or jobsite concerns to the crew leader. Take pride in clean, detailed work.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to work. Able to work outdoors in changing weather. Able to lift 50+ lbs. Able to perform physical work for several hours. Dependable, on time, and willing to learn. Able to follow directions and work as part of a team. Valid driver's license.

Preferred but not required:

Lawn care, landscaping, construction, farm, or outdoor labor experience. Experience using mowers, trimmers, blowers, rakes, shovels, or hand tools. This is a good fit for someone who wants steady part-time outdoor work, likes staying active, and wants to grow with a local landscaping company.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
