Classic Landscape & Hardscape is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. We maintain beautiful residential and commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio and are proud of the quality and professionalism we bring to every job. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a team that values reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, we'd love to meet you. A Typical Day Meet with your crew each morning. Travel to residential and commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio. Mow, trim, edge, and blow off lawns and sidewalks. Keep properties neat, clean, and professionally maintained. Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently. Work together with your crew to complete each property with quality and attention to detail. Responsibilities Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers. Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties. Perform seasonal cleanups and general property maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures while operating equipment. Represent Classic Landscape & Hardscape in a professional manner at every job site. Qualifications At least 1 year of lawn maintenance or landscaping experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Valid driver's license is a plus.
