We service residential and commercial clients throughout Northeast Ohio. We also provide property maintenance for high profile global commercial clients, so we have year-round work. No lay offs in slow times like most local landscape companies. We will train in our line of work, but previous landscape experience is recommended, but if you're a hard worker, we will train the right candidates. As a Landscape Crew Member at Hydroseeding Pros, you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job: Complete landscape and lawn installations, as needed. install erosion control products, retaining walls stairs etc Perform any tasks related to lawn and landscape maintenance operations. Safely use various equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, sod cutters, bush hogs, brick saws, transits, various hand tools, etc. Perform snow removal in the winter months. Follow all company policies and procedures. Perform any other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally, if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate with snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold or heat.

Salary:

$18 per hour Our no interview system works by a short discussion to see if you are a good fit. We bring you in at the starting pay of $18/hr and we will review your abilities at the end of a full work week and adjust pay accordingly to performance and experience that you show. If you are fully qualified to work with little to no guidance on most tasks you will be making up $25/hour your second week.
