Overview We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Maintenance & Landscaping Associate to join our team at Snake Creek Marina! If you enjoy working outdoors, keeping property looking great, and hands-on work around the water, this is the job for you. This position is primarily Monday - Friday , including some holidays during our operational season (May through October, with potential year-round opportunities). Key Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping, lawn care, string trimming, and debris cleanup around the marina grounds and docks. Complete basic building and facility repairs, equipment maintenance, and dock upkeep. Support dock operations, including assisting with boat launches, dock management, and safety checks. Maintain clean and safe facilities, common areas, and restrooms for members and guests. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with basic lawn equipment, hand tools, or general building maintenance preferred. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and dependable. Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and select holidays.
