Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Landscapers to join our team. We have openings in both our Maintenance Division and Design/Build Division.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Division:

Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding. Plant and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed. Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools. Ensure client properties are kept clean and presentable at all times.

Design/Build Division:

Assist in the installation of landscape designs, including planting, hardscaping, and irrigation systems. Follow blueprints and instructions to accurately execute landscape projects. Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, and compactors. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred. Knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to operate landscape equipment and machinery safely. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for Maintenance Division positions). Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
