The company is seeking a dedicated Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join its team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in performing lawn and landscape maintenance services for residential and commercial clients Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, push mowers, weed trimmers, and leaf blowers Oversee and participate in spring and fall clean-up projects Perform hedge trimming and ensure proper care of plant beds Identify and distinguish between plants and weeds in landscaped areas Safely operate a truck and trailer to transport crew and equipment to job sites Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards Promote a positive, can-do attitude and foster a collaborative team environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a landscaping crew leader, with references Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Experience with spring and fall clean-ups and hedge trimming Ability to identify plants and weeds in a landscape setting Ability to operate a truck and trailer efficiently Valid drivers license Ability to obtain a DOT medical card if not already held Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork Demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to grow professionally and personally Offered compensation: $22/hr - $26/hr Experience and License Requirements Drivers License Landscaping
