Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces pristine and inviting Operate groundskeeping equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hand tools safely and efficiently Support plant identification efforts to ensure proper care and health of various flora species Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting watering schedules for optimal plant growth Perform tree trimming, shrubbery shaping, and gardening activities to enhance landscape aesthetics Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Conduct routine groundskeeping inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment and troubleshooting minor issues Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment operation Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management for healthy plant care Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance techniques Ability to perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing Strong understanding of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments Previous experience working outdoors in landscaping or grounds maintenance roles is preferred Join us to bring your passion for outdoor work to life!
