This energetic position involves assisting with various groundskeeping, landscaping, and hardscape projects, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually appealing. All roles are paid positions, offering valuable hands-on experience in the horticulture and grounds maintenance industry. Duties Assist with landscape/ hardscape maintenance/ installation tasks Operate grounds maintenance equipment including power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to assist with proper care and landscape design Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries Perform routine grounds cleaning tasks such as debris removal, edging, and weed control to maintain a tidy appearance Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping equipment and power tools effectively Experience with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, pruning, and tree trimming Strong understanding of horticulture principles for plant identification and healthy landscape development Ability to follow safety protocols strictly during outdoor work activities Hands-on experience with groundskeeping equipment operation such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers Excellent outdoor work experience demonstrating stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to transforming outdoor environments!
