Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in snow plowing and landscape maintenance, with a focus on ensuring safe and efficient snow removal during winter months. This role requires mechanical knowledge, the ability to operate various equipment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways of snow and ice. Perform routine maintenance on snow plowing equipment, including checks on fluid levels and mechanical components. Utilize hand tools and power tools for snow removal and landscape maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely response to weather conditions and customer needs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues or safety hazards. Experience Proven experience in snow plowing or related fields such as landscaping, lawn care, or construction is preferred. Mechanical knowledge is essential for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
