Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to keep outdoor spaces healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Conduct landscape installations including hardscape features like pathways and patios, as well as planting beds and garden areas Manage tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or repairs Apply horticultural practices including plant identification, pest management with pesticides when appropriate, and seasonal cleanup procedures Follow safety protocols rigorously during all tasks to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members Experience Previous outdoor work experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, tree care, gardening practices, and hardscape installation Familiarity with hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes; power tools including trimmers, blowers, drills; and grounds equipment operation is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus Ability to identify various plants and trees accurately to support proper care routines Understanding of pesticide management regulations and safety procedures for chemical application Strong adherence to safety protocols during outdoor work activities in all weather conditions Join us to cultivate your skills while contributing to beautiful landscapes!
