We are currently seeking a full-time groundskeeper/landscaper to join our team.

Expectations:

The Groundskeeper fulfills the mission by maintaining a neat, clean, safe, and organized environment The Groundskeeper assists the staff by ensuring that organization is well maintained for its purpose The Groundskeeper has decision making responsibilities within essential job functions, in keeping with organizational policies Ability to work independently Ability to work well with others Ability to work in a fast paced environment Skill in critical thinking and planning Required to perform strenuous walking, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing, climbing, twisting, grasping, and reaching overhead Required to work in various climate conditions Applicant Must Be Proficient In the

Following:

Weed Removal/Management (this is the most important part of the job and the majority of the time) Weed Eating Edging Blowing Landscaping Tree Trimming Mowing (•Zero Turn Mower Experience Required•) Pressure Washing Shifts needed: Monday-Friday Full Time (7am-4pm)

Experience/Education:

Starting Pay will be based on experience Applicant must have reliable transportation and be authorized to work in the US Applicant must be able to pass background check Applicant must be 18 years or older
