Job Description
We are looking for hands-on type people that love working in the field. Someone that wants to grow and learn and is passionate about quality end results. These positions can be part time or full-time 40+ hours a week, servicing both commercial and residential properties. Start at the shop, and then service many areas/towns in surrounding DFW area. Not stuck indoors all day, get to enjoy the sun all summer and see new areas. Depending on growth, initiative, and reliability, this could be year round position. You always have Sundays and evenings off. We are a quality driven company looking for team members who want to produce quality work and enjoy the outdoors in all weather conditions Applicants need to be reliable, show up to work on time, have a good attitude and be trustworthy. We have a great group of guys that get along very well and have developed lasting relationships outside of work. Come join a great team! Must be able to work at a fast pace and be efficient. Good customer communication and attitude is a must. Training will be provided if little experience. Uniform is provided. Pay increase based on reliability, initiative and performance.
