Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and gardens for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge and experience in landscape maintenance, tree care, and garden upkeep.Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed
- Perform landscape construction tasks such as building retaining walls or installing irrigation systems
- Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from lawns and gardens
- Dig trenches or holes for planting or installing landscape features
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lawn care and maintenance
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
