None Heavy Equipment Operator Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable Heavy Equipment Operator to support facility operations, grounds maintenance, construction, and material handling projects. This position will perform general groundskeeping duties while operating heavy equipment approximately 50% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and be willing to learn. Training will be provided for candidates with limited heavy equipment experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, debris removal, and landscaping support. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, skid steers, dozers, rollers, motor graders, and man lifts. Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while operating machinery. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment and report any issues to supervisors. Assist with facility maintenance projects, including material movement, site preparation, and minor repairs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in training programs to develop heavy equipment operating skills as needed. Work both indoors and outdoors, including working in hot weather conditions. Qualifications for

Heavy Equipment Operator:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license. Prior heavy equipment operating experience is a plus but not required . Willingness to learn and participate in training. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in the heat. Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork. Ability to safely operate heavy machinery and perform required physical duties.

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull as required. Must be able to operate machinery safely for extended periods. Position requires working both inside and outside and exposure to hot weather conditions. Must be able to safely perform grounds maintenance, material handling, and facility support duties.

Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to the job site. Valid driver's license required. Pre-employment 5-panel drug screen required. Background check required.
