Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team Monday thru Friday. We have service areas in both Utah and Salt Lake County. Must have dependable transportation. The ideal candidate will assist in various landscaping projects, including maintenance, mowing, edging, trimming, planting and weeding. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. As a Landscape Laborer, you will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Rake leaves, remove fallen branches, and clean trash and debris from landscapes. Assist in maintaining irrigation systems, including checking for leaks and adjusting sprinklers. Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, blowers, trimmers and hand tools. Spread mulch, fertilizer, or soil amendments to enhance plant growth and landscape appearance. Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Follow safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and practices. Ability to lift heavy objects (e.g., 50 lbs or more), stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks while working outdoors. Knowledge of lawn care practices including fertilization. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners effectively. Competence in using power tools like lawn mowers, blowers, and trimmers safely. Ability to work independently as well as in a team and follow instructions from Supervisor. Good communication skills is a must. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
