Lawn Maintenance Crew Member Location:

Lynchburg, Virginia Starting Pay:

$15-$17/hour+ (based on experience) Since 2010, Affinity Lawn and Landscape has been making yards look amazing and building strong relationships with our clients. What You'll Do:

Mow, edge, and trim lawns to keep properties looking sharp Perform routine maintenance like weeding, mulching, and shrub pruning Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors A keen eye for detail to keep landscapes in top shape Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is a plus but not required This isn't a job where you just show up and go through the motions—we need someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and helps keep the team safe and productive. What You Need to

Bring:

A valid driver's license and a driving record that won't make our insurance company nervous The ability to pass a background check A willingness to take random drug screenings (we work with big equipment—safety first!)
