Landscape / Hardscape Laborer in Minocqua, WI - Wisconsin Northwoods Custom Care Taking & Landscaping (CCTL) • Full-time, Year-round CCTL has served Wisconsin's Northwoods since 1999, delivering premium landscaping and hardscaping for high-end residential properties on some of the region's finest lakes. Our clients are discerning and our crews are the best in the area. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that rewards results. No experience required. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, we will train you. What you will do Mow, trim, and edge lawns to high-end standards. Care for plants, trees, and shrubs. Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Irrigate lawns and gardens. Dig for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months. What we are looking for Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and take pride in the details. Experience in landscaping or outdoor labor is a plus but not required. Ability to operate basic equipment like mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Valid driver's license is a plus. A hunger to learn and grow, as we promote from within based on results, not tenure. Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred but not required Why CCTL Year-round employment with winter work through snow removal and weather-permitting construction.
