Maintenance & Grounds Person -

Hours:

20-25 hours per week

$16-$17/hour (DOE) About the

Position:

College Hill is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Grounds Person to help keep our property looking its best. This part-time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs around the property Maintain landscaping and outdoor common areas (mowing, trimming, weeding, debris removal, etc.) Clean and maintain exterior areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and entryways Inspect property regularly and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or leaf cleanup Support property management team with other maintenance-related projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or handyman experience required Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance practices Ability to work independently and stay organized Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
