This energetic position involves performing lawn care, irrigation, fencing and landscape maintenance tasks with precision and enthusiasm. You will operate a variety of tools and equipment, follow safety protocols diligently, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain vibrant turf health and aesthetic appeal Use ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas for pruning or landscape enhancements Operate company vehicles and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and commericial mowers efficiently and responsibly Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and addressing any concerns professionally Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture preferred Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment required Knowledge of ladder use safety procedures and confined space entry safety protocols necessary for certain tasks Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care and land maintenance within a supportive team environment.
