Duties Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, to ensure pristine outdoor environments Use ladders and power tools to access hard-to-reach areas or perform detailed landscaping work while adhering to ladder safety procedures Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects, weeds, or other pests using integrated pest management techniques Operate company vehicles and farm machinery responsibly for transportation to job sites and equipment hauling Follow safety protocols rigorously, including respiratory protection and confined space entry safety procedures when necessary Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, equipment maintenance, and service reports for each job site Experience Previous outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and outdoor equipment is essential Knowledge of pesticide application methods, pest control techniques, entomology principles, and chemical agent handling is required Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate company vehicles Customer service skills are vital for safely is important communicating effectively with clients about treatments and service expectations Demonstrated understanding of safety protocol adherence in outdoor or industrial environments is necessary This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in lawn care while making a tangible difference in outdoor spaces.
