Overview We're a growing lawn care company rooted in aloha and family in Hawaii looking for someone reliable to join our team two to three days per week. This is on-the-job training with room to grow. What You'll Do Mow lawns (push mower and zero-turn equipment) Weed whack and blow Some days you'll handle projects like hedge trimming, pulling weeds, and hauling debris Work as part of a team learning our systems and standards What We Need From You Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds (moving equipment and debris in and out of trucks) Willingness to work outdoors in Hawaii heat for full days Show up on time, every time - no exceptions Honest and reliable. We need someone we can count on. Family-oriented mindset and good character The Details $21/hour starting pay Schedule set two to three weeks in advance; expect Monday and Wednesday with a possible third day You'll ride with us initially to learn our flow and standards, then move to company vehicles No personal vehicle needed for work - just to get to and from the shop What We're Looking For Someone who wants to work, shows up ready to go, and takes pride in doing the job right.
