POSITION SUMMARY

All Green Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Lawn Care Technician to perform chemical lawn treatments and related services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Apply lawn care treatments, including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments Operate and maintain application equipment and service vehicles Follow all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and state regulations Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed and lawn health Identify and report lawn issues, customer concerns, or upsell opportunities Maintain accurate service records and route documentation Keep vehicles, equipment, and work areas clean and organized

QUALIFICATIONS

Prefer someone who currently is state-licensed Lawn care, landscaping, or chemical application experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor Strong attention to detail and time management skills Professional appearance and customer service mindset

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
