Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Care Technician (Landscape Maintenance Crew Member) to join our landscaping and maintenance teams. This role involves working outdoors to perform a variety of tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and construction projects. Responsibilities Lawn Care Technician (Landscape Maintenance Crew Member) Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming using appropriate equipment and hand tools Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, tree care, and hedge trimming Operate power tools, hand tools, and small machinery such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and effectively Support construction projects involving hardscape installation, fencing, or other outdoor structures Maintain gardens by watering, fertilizing, mulching, and weed control Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Help with general site cleanup, equipment maintenance, and material transportation Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment Qualifications Lawn Care Technician (Landscape Maintenance Crew Member) Prior experience or knowledge in landscaping, horticulture, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience with irrigation systems is advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and operating equipment safely Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to quality service Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between job sites This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to develop their skills in landscape maintenance, tree care, construction, and related fields.
