Job Description

LawnCare Foreman / Laborer ( Pay is based on experience and Licensing ) LADC Companies St. Michael , MN Maintaining our image throughout our portfolio. You must have a valid drivers license and be able to lift at least 50lbs. Job will require driving to site, mowing, trimming, picking up garbage and pulling weeds. Most of the time you will be running a mowing route but sometimes be pulled of for construction or hard/soft scape projects. Need to pass DOT physical and a drug test.

Required experience:

Valid Drivers License in good standing

Lawn Fertilizer Application:

Ability to obtain

Lawn Maintenance Mowing:

1-3 years

Lawn Maintenance Trimming:

1-3 years Landscaping projects: 1 year License Commercial Pesticide License (CAT A&E)•ability to obtain ( next steps ) CDL•Ability to obtain class a or b license 9 ( next steps ) We are Dot Federally Regulated we do drug test and you must be able to pass.

Pay:

$18.50•$32.00 per hour
