Office & Field Assistant Kueker's Nursery & Landscaping is looking for a dependable, adaptable person to support our office, retail nursery and field operations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and process basic retail purchases Run local errands, pickups and drop-offs Take jobsite photos and, once trained, gather basic measurements Water and help care for plants at the nursery Keep office, retail and shared areas clean and organized Help receive deliveries, count inventory and organize materials Provide general onsite support wherever needed throughout the day What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual and willing to help Friendly and professional with customers Comfortable using a smartphone, basic apps and checklists Able to follow instructions carefully and work independently Valid driver's license and ability to pass our commercial-insurance driving-record check Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed Previous landscaping or office experience is not required. We're more interested in finding someone reliable, capable and willing to learn. Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday during daytime business hours
