Hiring Expectations:

At least 4 years of experience in plant health care, lawn care, arboriculture, horticulture, landscaping, or turf managementStrong knowledge of tree, shrub, plant, turf, pest, and disease identificationExperience applying fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, weed control products, insect control products, and lawn treatmentsAbility to independently diagnose plant, tree, shrub, and turf health concernsNew Jersey Pesticide Applicator License preferred, including Core and applicable categories such as 3A, 3B, or 8BWilling to obtain required licensing with company support if not currently licensedValid driver's licenseComfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditionsAbility to safely operate and maintain application equipment and company vehiclesStrong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsDetail oriented with a commitment to safety and regulatory complianceExperience working on high end residential properties is preferredEducation in horticulture, arboriculture, turf management, or a related field is a plusISA credentials are a plusAbility to lift and carry equipment and materials while working on uneven terrainPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to working as part of a professional teamThe Todd Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
