Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lawn Technician to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes by applying lawn care techniques, pest control measures, and landscaping practices. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and commitment to safety will help ensure our clients' properties look their best all year round. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and aerating to promote healthy turf growth Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers following pesticide management and chemical handling safety protocols Use hand tools, power equipment, and farm machinery safely and efficiently to complete landscaping projects Conduct pest control treatments targeting insects, weeds, or other pests using integrated pest management strategies Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites while adhering to driving safety standards Follow safety procedures including ladder safety, confined space entry safety procedures, respiratory protection, and chemical handling protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscape needs and provide excellent customer service Requirements Prior outdoor work experience in lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture preferred Mechanical knowledge of farm machinery, hand tools, and power equipment necessary for landscape maintenance Knowledge of pesticide application techniques and pest control chemical handling procedures Familiarity with ladder use, ladder safety procedures, and confined space entry safety procedures Ability to operate company vehicles safely and responsibly in compliance with all traffic laws Strong understanding of safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection and chemical handling standards Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant landscapes!
