Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Weed Whacker Help to join our outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will assist with trimming, edging, and maintaining landscaped areas to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Responsibilities Assist with the operation of weed whackers, power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery to clear overgrown vegetation and maintain landscaped areas Follow safety procedures including ladder use, ladder safety protocols, respiratory protection, and confined space entry safety procedures when necessary Help with lawn care, farming, landscaping, and general outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure a tidy environment Handle chemical agents responsibly while adhering to pesticide application knowledge and integrated pest management practices Operate company vehicles for transportation of equipment or supplies as needed Maintain safety protocol adherence during all tasks and report any hazards or incidents promptly Qualifications Prior experience in outdoor work such as lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and outdoor equipment is beneficial Understanding of ladder use and ladder safety procedures is essential Strong customer service skills for interacting with team members or clients when required Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or farm machinery preferred Physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating pristine outdoor spaces while gaining valuable skills in pest control, landscaping, and equipment operation.
